Hello ! I recently wanted to use my AirPods and noticed that it was no longer working. When I open them, the green light flashes, and if I want to reset them by pressing the button on the back of them, the light stays permanently lit white… I need help because I paid a lot on these headphones and I still need them.

try these steps:
>Connect to your AirPods
>Now go into „Settings“ App on your iPhone
>Click „Bluetooth“
>When you see your AirPods, click the (i) on the right
>Click „Disconnect“
>Click „Forget device“
If that hasn‘t helped, try resetting them again.
Additionally:
Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If that hasn‘t helped either, please contact Apple Support:
