I lost my notes and I didn’t delete them

Hi , yesterday i lost my notes and I didn’t delete them I don’t know where are them and there is nothing in recently deleted! My phone removes them i don’t know why and how ! So how can i get them back by the way they are not in iCloud! Please fix the problem
