If I change my Apple ID, will I lose all my purchases under my prior Apple Id

If I change my Apple ID, will I lose all my purchases under my prior Apple ID. I’m changing internet providers and I’m getting a new email address from a more secure email company. I need to change my Apple ID. I still want to have access to my prior purchases and info under my old Apple ID. Will all of that info be moved or will I lose it?
