I can add pay Payoneer card. I receive "Payment information could not be updated" message

I bought 200 gigs of extended storage I used the iTunes card to buy it now it keeps saying update ya payment thingy and I don’t used cc or PayPal what do I do I wanna keep my 200 gigs
