Mac mini 2018 using Safari 15.4 in MacOS 12.3 Monterey


Safari 15.4 All secondary linked websites give the response "Safari can't open the page ... because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection."


Vodaphone has provided a wpa2 router which may contribute to the problem, being hacked???

Check your Proxy Setting in System Preferences >> Network and refer to below.


Are there any unusual Proxies being used ?
