Can't login as the answers to my security questions are wrong. It won't let me reset them as it tells me they don't have enough information to reset them. How can I resolve this

Based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
Thanks for the reply but this doesn't work as in this process you have to reset your security questions which it won't let me do as they don't have enough information apparently
I can't reset my security questions as it says not enough information to reset them. How do I resolve this
