Make sure you have 6GB of free space.
Make sure you are either connected to WiFi or a 5G cell signal and Data Mode is set to Allow More Data on 5G.
You must have a 50% or better battery charge and preferably you are connected to power
Turn off Low Power mode.
Turn off any VPN if you are using one.
Make sure you do not have a beta profile on the phone.
