Apps cannot be “moved” between devices - but are instead simply downloaded from the Apple AppStore on another device.

All App purchases are forever associated with the AppleID account from which they were purchased. Any devices signed-in with the same AppleID can re-download purchased Apps without paying a second time. As such, your Apps are available to all your devices.
