I've been having heating problems with my 2018 MacBook Pro for a while now and I finally decided to check the temps and at idle (with no apps running in the background) my Mac runs at 91 degrees C. Is this even normal or should I factory reset or something?

I did some digging in terminal and turns out the issue stems from remaining files from malware bytes somehow interfering with sysmond. I deleted them and now I run at cooler temps (46C)

Well, those numbers certainly do not indicate an issue. Perhaps an SMC reset will help. Select the appropriate procedure for your model at the article below.

It doesn't look like it should heat up a lot from the usage but my leg is burning right now.

Try using Activity Monitor to check for an app that may be maxing out the CPU.

WindowServer, syspolicyd and kernelmanagerd seem to be using the most
well according to the diagnostics tool my MacBook is all good, I guess a random app might be secretly using battery. I don't even know if that's possible
What are the percentages for:
System?
User?
Idle?
