I needs serious help in using my iPhone 7plus
someone just logged in to my Apple but he forgot his password and the number he was using is missing when am trying to say forget password, it gives me “ cannot reset password. This Apple ID is not valid or not supported.”
how could this kind of problem be solved?

Did you try to set it back to factory settings and set it up as a new device?
Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to factory settings
After that, you'll have to fill in the Apple ID that has been used to set it up.
In case this does not work, and if you have the original purchase receipt, contact Apple Support and ask them to disable the Activation Lock.
