I can access the Internet from my New Apple I Phone 13.

On my new Apple I Phone 13 I cannot access the internet.

What does “access the internet” mean exactly?

Using Wi-Fi? If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
Using cellular data? If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

What does “new” mean exactly?

Have you activated the iPhone?
Have you connected it to Wi-Fi?
Have you connected it to your cellular carrier?
