and my iPhone does not switch on.

Then visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.

You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.

No I haven't. But I have been all morning trying to reset and to do what is recommended. And it does not work. I need Apple to reset the Apple ID for me. The email on which Apple ID is registered is not valid anymore, and my iPhone does not switch on. So there is no other way to reset it.

I have just returned from my Apple iStore and they sent me back home to try to get in contact with you. They said that first I have to FORGET MY PHONE using apple id before they can take my phone for repair. Please help me. I don't know what to do anymore
