Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I’ve returned from 5 months and cannot log into my iMac.

It asked for Apple ID and I successfully changed it. New password and all; so I get as far as a screen that invites me to choose a new password; did that, and the change password window goes active but when I enter it my computer still won’t open??

any suggestions?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.14
