Apple watch activity app is acting weird

I set the activity amount in the activity app on the Apple Watch. and when I close the app (not in background) and return back, the activity app is back to ring setting screen.

Motivation complication not refreshing on Apple Watch 5 I have a complication enabled to show daily motivational quotes via app “Motivation” on my Apple Watch 5. However after the recent upgrade to watchOS 7.6 and iOS14.7 on my iPhone 12 mini it’s complication stopped refreshing. All the things like app background refresh, location services and others are incorrect order but complication does not refresh even when I tap it. It only get refreshed when I restart my Apple Watch.
