can't add a payment method to my apple id
my credit card was compromised and canceled. I want to add another payment method, but there is not an option to add. I also can not remove a payment method. Help?

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
