Hello,
My iCloud payment method was declined (see the red failed message) this month, though it was ok last month, I also cannot add other payment method - any card - message remains the same. Contacted my bank, they say that there is no record in their system and problem on iCloud side. What should I do?
Card are issued by Belarus bank
in this case you should to Contact Apple for support and service!
I've seen it, the only solution there is to add new payment method, but ALL my cards are declined on attempt to add them and I don't know the reason why
