why do i keep getting emails that my apple support is ending? i dont understand the emails and its supposed to end in 4 days, what do i do?

the thing is ive been getting these emails since last year november-ish and it looks like the emails are really coming from apple, the websites provided dont, and even with your help i am still confused
Apple will NEVER do anything like that and I’ve been a loyal Apple user for 15 years‼️
