If you followed the steps in the Related Article in your post, you would need to contact Apple Support. The can diagnose your battery remotely, or you can set up service or make a Genius Bar appointment if you have an Apple Store near by. Use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to start service request or this to schedule a Genius Bar appointment, Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
