I just upgraded to monterey and every time I go to youtube and try to exit full screen mode on a video the notes app opens. It is not open when I put a video into full screen mode. It shows up as a black box in the bottom right corner, and if I click on it for some reason notes opens.

You're inadvertently opening Quick Notes which is in bottom right of screen. Try using the f key to enter and exit full screen in YouTube.

Actually its just bringing my mouse to the bottom right of the screen.
Exiting fullscreen on Youtube makes notes app open
