Siri
How do I turn Siri off? It keeps interrupting me when I am talking to people.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

On Apple Watch, there are many Siri options.
On Apple Watch
Open Settings > Siri. Here, you'll find many toggles that you can mix-and-match for your liking. You may find it useful to turn off 'Listen for "Hey Siri"' and/or 'Raise to Speak'. This will reduce the number of accidental "wakes".
On iPhone
Open the Watch app > Siri. You'll find the same settings here.
