When I go to Greeting, I record a custom greeting but the Save is greyed out - I can’t save it. Help?

VoiceMail (Visual or Normal)is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you. Check your voicemail on iPhone - Apple Support
