Why change Apple ID information and passwords if the person who hacked the account can see the new account information.

Because she has been doing this identity theft since 2018. Fraudulent accounts for her own benefit stealing information from my accounts, banking accounts, credit cards, adding apps, deleting apps and passwords and ordering items online and then she continues to get into my iPhone and also destroyed my MacBook Pro my Samsung tablet and my hp computer and the dell computer. The authorities have been notified several times about all this. Nothing is being done to remedy the problems. I could go on and on but I think you can get the idea that she is very bad news for all who know her. I would never accuse anyone of being a criminal if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Good morning Happy Easter. Let me start off with a great big thank you for your response to my crazy issues with. Her inflicting intentional emotional distress for the last three plus years. I have been through **** and back numerous times and she has caused me so much pain and trouble and financial losses to last a lifetime. Physical, emotional, mental hardships and personal property theft many encounters with police and other authorities including apple and Verizon and internet and cable theft and so much more right up until this very morning. I have been talking screenshots of the apps and information changes and new Apple IDs passwords purchases downloads and so much more than you would believe. And yea she is and has been hacking all my information on my phones and iPad , I even know that a recording device was installed in my home. Trust me I know what I’m talking about. Breaking and entering into my home Small Forthe for several new locks and boarded up windows and I know it’s because she is pairing my devices with her Apple Watch. Apple states that it is as smooth a transition as possible between the two devices. And they are definitely right about that. But apple neglected to make my privacy private I have hours upon hours of recorded phone conversations with Apple specialists about this very bad situation of her getting away with continued abuse of myself and my personal property and my physical safety. A 60 year old lady who only has one leg can’t compete with a 40 year old ignorant selfish criminal female who repeatedly has been a thorn in my side for years now. 40 years now to be exact and I have the rights to legal advice pressing charges and alerting everyone I know to her atrocious behavior. The Good Lord above usually has some tricks up His sleeves just ready to apply to these unfortunate small minded beings. But apple is most definitely responsible for this theft and fraud knowing that these situations will occur by these criminal activities even when it all has been reported to them and the proper authorities with no consequences for the destruction of innocent people who don’t have any thing to do with criminal behavior. I don’t know how to get apple to be of any kind of help for a resolution to this ongoing problem. Any real advice or suggestions from the community that I would like to consider? Since Apple corp doesn’t have any worthwhile information for me. I have gone as far as deactivating many accounts and no longer purchases apple products. Any ideas that I can try ?
