iPad trouble
My iPad keeps going from the white screen with the black Apple then Going to a black screen then back to the Apple then back to the black screen and I can’t get on it at all

Hi! I’m having this issue too, and I talked to support and said the only way to help us (if hard restart or update/restore doesn’t work) is to file a complaint directly with Apple, if there are enough iPads with the same problem they can do a product recall and change the malfunctioning iPads for ones that work.
This is the link where you can file a complaint about the BLACK SCREEN issue, and hopefully Apple takes notice and helps everyone with their iPads regardless of the model.
