Restoring Notes to home screen

Let's search for the app in your App Library and see if you can drag it back

"Search for an app in the App Library

1. Go to the App Library. 
2. Tap the search field, then enter the app that you're looking for. 
3. Tap the app to open it."

With iOS 14 and later

If you are unable to locate it in the App Library, search for it in the App Store.
