I do not remember my iphone passcode. How do I recover it?

If your iPhone or iPad has iOS 15.2 or later installed, see: How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support


If that option is not available, you will need to use a computer. See: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

There is no way to recover a passcode.


Your only alternative is to reset (erase) the device and restore it from a backup.


You WILL need your AppleID credentials.


If using an eSIM, you’ll also need re-provisioning info from your carrier.
