20w USB Power adapter for Italy

I use a new 20w USB Power Adapter for my IPhone and Apple Watch. When I travel to Italy is there a particular plug adapter I should use or is there a Power Adapter with a plug specifically for Italy?

Italy uses Type C (two prong partially exposed), Type F (two prong fully exposed), or Type L (three prong partially exposed) with rounded pins as plugs. The partially exposed plugs are used as a safety measure.
