all my videos disappeared. help?

a week or two ago, my icloud complained of my 50gb running out. i deleted a couple of apps and things and it was fine again. but now i notice all my videos have disappeared. i noticed a video missing saturday and now today i notice my video album is gone. my backups are useless because it says “backed up yesterday.” so vids were gone by then. not in hidden or recently deleted or laptop. i restarted phone, toggle on off icloud photos. nothing. i know i didn’t delete them because i would’ve noticed real quick if i was hitting “delete all” on almost a thousand videos. help? :/
