How do I sign into iTunes for Windows without iPad, iPhone, or Mac?
I recently bought a iPod touch 2G from eBay for cheap, and I can't get the account signed in on iTunes or the iPod. Can someone please help?

Windows 8 cannot install the latest version of iTunes (12.12.3.5) so you will have to use the latest versions available for Windows 7 and Windows 8 (12.10.11):
I believe that the 2nd generation iPod Touch can no longer access the store. I'm not aware of any of the store apps that work with that model anymore and you cannot buy music directly from the iTunes Store from that iPod. All this is due to added security measures, which that model of iPod cannot meet.
However, the iPod will still work with iTunes, either on a Windows PC or on a Mac running Mac OS Mojave or earlier. (Later Macs - i.e. OS Catalina onwards) use Finder, not iTunes. The iPod should work with Finder as well.
If you have iTunes, you can use it to buy music from the iTunes Store. You can also buy music from other sources and all of it can be added to the Library in iTunes. That Library can be copied to your iPod, using Sync between iTunes and the iPod.
I have Windows 8 Pro (Build 9200), so i don't have finder.
