You have 2 options for this scenario:

Option 1:

You can create a new Apple ID.

Option 2:

Get any iCloud+ subscriptions and get an email from the Hide My Email feature. Any emails received to the new Hide My Email email address will forward to the Apple ID you purchased iCloud+ on. You can also reply back. What is Hide My Email? - Apple Support
