How can I get rid of systems data in my iPhone Storage?

my storage is mostly filled and it says that it is mostly systems data and i was wondering what that was and more importantly how can i get rid of it?

Since Photos is showing 189GB below there but as other in the bar graph it would indicate that you have a photo or photos that are corrupt. Did you try clicking on Optimize photos?
