MagSafe charger

Hi my MagSafe charger is not charging. It shows the light and that it’s charging but the percentage doesn’t go up up or show on my phone that it’s charging. It only shows when I attach it to my phone. How do I change that problem?

What exactly happens when you attach the MagSafe Charger to your iPhone? The iPhone does not charge at all. Is that correct?

If my assumptions are correct then, Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
