Unable to unpair my Apple Watch

i have followed the instructions to unpair my old Apple Watch, however the "Unpair Apple Watch" option doesn't light up or become an option to use.

How can I fix this?

Or try this;

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
