Can't update Cloud Library in Music.app because of Genius issue

When I try to update my Cloud Library in Music.app I am told

but there is no such path

How to proceed?

Music v1.2.3.56

macOS v12.3.1

iMac Line (2012 and Later)

You cannot turn Genius off if Sync Library is active, so you have to turn that off first. Music > Preferences > General tab.
