comcast email works on my iPhone but not my MacBook or iPad

Does anyone know why my comcast email setup works on my iPhone but not on my MacBook pro or my iPad? I keep getting the message on the latter two devices that either my email or password is wrong. But they are the same as used on my iPhone. Frustrating to say the least.
