External duo monitor setup

Hello Apple Community,

I would like to connect my MacBook Air (M1, 2020) to 2 external (non-Apple) monitors.

I have an Apple USB-C digital AV multiport adapter and connect one monitor to it along with another (non-Apple) USB-C adapter connected to the 2nd monitor. When both adapters are plugged to my MacBook only one monitor works. Any idea on how i can get the 2nd monitor activated? I've tried different combos between HDMI cables and adapters but still no luck. :(

The M1 Mac only supports one external display.
