Purchased Movie: Sound But No Picture

I purchased Escape Room: Tournament of Champions on my AppleTV. I watched the default (extended) cut by simply pressing play, no problem. Then I tried to watch the theatrical cut. The cut plays sound but there’s no picture, just a black screen. Subtitles show up, and the slider when I scroll ahead shows scene shots, but no matter where I scroll to, no picture. I tried turning subtitles off. I tried restarting my device. Everything else on my AppleTV works fine, so it’s not an HDMI issue. What gives?

If they promised both cuts, then that is what you should get.

If played on the same Apple TV box and TV, then both cuts should stream equally well. (Bonus content is not available on third party devices however: If you can't view your iTunes Extras - Apple Support.)

I would suggest to contact the iTunes Store staff about this title-specific issue.
