If you set up the passcode citing your Apple ID at the time then

If you have forgotten your Screen Time passcode – Apple Support (UK)

If you did not use your Apple ID when creatig the passcode then you will have to move all your data and photos somewhere safe, wipe the phone completely and start again without restoring any backup. This is because any backup will contain the locked Screen Time
