Smart folio keyboard stopped working

My iPad has stopped recognising my smart keyboard folio. I have tried switching off iPad, detaching and reattaching the keyboard and my updates are all done. Any other suggestions?

If you already tried (to no avail) ALL the steps provided in this support article:--> If you can't connect your iPad to your Magic Keyboard, Smart Keyboard, or Smart Keyboard Folio - Apple Support

AND, if you already tried to clean your smart connectors (on iPad and on the keyboard), using a soft pencil eraser and a soft brush, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
