cellualar need update after upgrading to ios 12.5.5

Hi ,

I have an IPhone 6 plus and once it's upgraded to ios 12.5.5 Cellular stopped working and I couldn't reive or make any calls .. it gives an Error that "Your iPhone can't make and recive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated " . tried to reset network settings , Change SIM , Reset the device many times with no luck . Finally tried to reload devise n recovery mode and restore it from ITunes and Same error still there and Now i can't even activate my iPhone after reloading IOS from tubes and receive the below message on tunes & on IPHONE .. don't know what to do ..

Troubleshooting Cellular Updates:

A. Install a Cellular Update:

Go here: Update your carrier settings manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Also...

B. "No Service":

"No Service" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen?.*** So, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you are the owner or the owner has shared all information with you then to open Activation Lock:- If it is Activation locked, read here --> Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Learn how to remove a device from a previous owner's account.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.

Probably your iPhone is locked on to a carrier.

Carrier Lock:- Request your iPhone’s original Carrier to unlock your iPhone and if they agree and do it, then you may know the further process here --> How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier ...
