the screen isn't working i can't open any apps or see incoming calls
have Iphone11 and I can't open any apps and when incoming call comes in I can't see who it is. I can't even get the phone to restart

See ifyou can try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
