Can't access the music I've legally purchased

Why can't I connect to the music I've literally paid thousands of dollars for? I've tried everything in your several articles but my songs all show "this song is not currently available in your country or region." I've confirmed it is set to US. I've logged in/out and shut down a dozen times. You have to do better than this when I've purchased these songs.

Has the music been purchased using another region for your Apple ID and you changed the region after that?

Content purchased from Apple can be country specific, depending on the contracts between Apple and the Music Industry or the developers in iTunes and the AppStore.
