MacBook Air M1 shuts down on 40 % battery

I just bought a Macbook air m1 and I have a problem at 40 percent the mac turns off and have notification that battery low . As soon as I insert the cable it turns on and has 40 percent of battery.


What i have to do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.3

Take it to Apple for warranty adjustment. You should not have to be seeking answers to problems this early in the game. If the Mac is flawed, Apple will make it right.


I assume "just bought" means it's still in the one year warranty period.
