what does it mean, update not found when i push the get button in the app store?

If Yes, attempting to upGrade to Monterey with an out dated version of Big Sur is risky at best and may not even work.

Suggest updating the existing Big Sur to current version 11.6.5

What model and year Mac do you have? Maybe it is not compatible with Monterey.
