Iphone 11 unresponsive screen issue

My iphone 11 screen became unresponsive after a while of using it,and it won't touch any of the screen,only if i turn off my phone and open it. it will back to normal and after a while the unresponsive screen will comeback with a little bit of ghost touching,is anyone here that can help me, this problem of my phone are so mindblowing because i didn't crack the screen or what,just the unresponsive screen and ghost touching came out of nowhere,my ios version is currently 15.4.1
