Change of country now!

I need to change my country for the App store. I have read all instructions and understand I need to cancel my Apple TV subscription to do so.

I have done that, however it seems ridiculous that before I am able to change countries I NEED to wait for the current Apple TV period to END!! I still have many months to go!

I need to change countries NOW! I am ok to forfeit the remainder of the subscription, so long that I can change the country. I cannot believe apple would restrict me this way, there must be a way to terminate the subscription today, regardless if it is already paid or not.

does anyone have a solution here?
