After preparing my iPad with configurator, it goes through the process and then hits this point where the screen says "Remote Management"
"The configuration for your iPad could not be downloaded from (our company), inc.,
The Request Timed Out"
I have tried a multitude of things. What am I doing wrong?

We're going to recommend you reach out to the company that is providing the configuration for your iPad. This will allow an opportunity to confirm you were provided the correct configuration and that the company doesn't have any specific requirements for connecting with their systems to download.

If you're seeing that error, you shouldn't need to use Apple Configurator 2. This device is getting confused by trying to be managed from the same source twice.
