Deleting favorites from bookmarks

To delete a favourite from your Bookmarks, simply touch-and-hold the icon (i.e., a long-touch) to reveal the Action Menu - then select Delete.
You can also delete an entry from the Safari sidebar; just swipe to the left and select Delete.
