Recently I spent an evening out with my Iphone13 in my jeans pocket. I became aware of an irritation on my leg but did not realise it was burning. The result was 5 burn blisters on my leg, aligned with the edge of where my phone had been. How widespread is this and should I be concerned? Is there a problem with my phone?

Visit the nearest Authorised Authorised Appel Service Provider or Apple Store and let your iPhone be diagnosed.
Or call Apple Support and give them the details about what happened. They will probably ask you to send it in for a diagnose.
