Why does my battery appear in yellow rather than green?
Why is my iPhone 11Pro battery showing yellow rather than green. Suddenly battery will not keep a charge.

Probably you have enabled Low Power Mode. Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode [Disable] it will be green again.
