My watch will not charge. I have tried restarting and also a forced restart and can’t get it back to the apple logo

When you do a force restart, you need to press and hold the digital crown and the power button together until you see the Apple logo. That can take up to 30 seconds to occur. See this support document regarding the Watch not charging, and if necessary, use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support for service, or if you have an Apple Store close by, make a Genius Bar appointment to have Apple examine the device and they will explain your options.
